FAQ schema generator: valid FAQPage JSON-LD

FAQPage markup no longer wins rich results for most sites, and it is still worth adding: the answer engines read it, and it is the cleanest way to hand over a question and its answer as data.

Only mark up questions that are visible on the page and genuinely answered there. Everything else is markup for content that does not exist.
