Refunds

There are no refunds on the book, on the bundle, or on any subscription period already paid for. This applies in every country, with no exceptions and no cooling-off period: the book is delivered in full the moment you buy it, and a file that has been read cannot be returned. Which is why so much of it is free to read first, with no account. The Lab can be cancelled at any time and stops billing at the end of the period already paid for. The EU and UK are not an exception, because completing checkout is an express request for immediate access and a waiver of the fourteen-day right to cancel. If you paid and cannot reach the book, that is a bug rather than a refund, and it will be fixed.
