Domain Rating went from 0 to 21 in a weekend, around 1,300 backlinks from about 122 sites, and later drifted to 25 with no new links. It did not move rankings: only 61% of those sites pass link value, and 17% of the individual links, and a competitor with a Domain Rating of 1.5 still outranks the site on its own brand name.
